A: The 27th International Mediterranean Tourism Market is going live on 9 February 2021 for Exhibitors to upload materials and for Tourism Professionals on 1 March 2021, and will remain open and accessible to registered visitors until the in-person fair on 15-16 June 2021.

A: In the header toolbar, click on the wheel icon on the right. Next, click on ‘My Profile’ or on the right side of the lobby please click “My Profile’. Here, you will be able to upload a photo and adjust your details if you need to.
A: Yes – the word “Online” is displayed next to each visitors name under “List of Exhibitors”.
A: You are able to send a message to any Visitor or live video message to any visitor that is online and marked the word Online.
A1: In the Networking area select the visitor that you wish to schedule a meeting with, click on “schedule a meeting” and select the date and time.
A2: In the selected exhibition booth select the representative and click on “schedule a meeting” and select the date and time.
A: If you are looking for a specific stand or company, you can enter the ‘List of Exhibitors’ via the lobby and explore companies by exhibitor name, geographical region, sector and product. You can also enter via the ‘Exhibition Hall’ via the lobby and select the area you and specific stand/company you wish to visit.
A: Each stand includes representatives. When you click on the representative, you can click on “Meet Now” for live video chat if they are marked with the word “online” or “send a message”.
A: If the stand representative is offline (i.e. the word online does not appear), visitors can use the “send a message” option via the selected representative or “share my business card” icon on the booth stand. Messages will collect in “My Messages” that can be accessed via the lobby and business cards will be collected via the Exhibitors admin area in “My Leads”.
A: Stand representatives can choose when they would like to be online to chat to visitors. Visitors can still leave a message or share business card.
A: No. There is no obligation for a meeting request to be granted.
A: The agenda will be available at a later stage.
A: Visitors can click on the “Live Webinars” or “VOD Webinars” via the lobby when the program is available.
A: No problem. All sessions will be made available in the Video on-demand area
A: Visitors can click on the “Social Feed” button in the lobby and view posts.
